Status Definitions - Orders / Line Items / Pieces

There are several objects in MES that need a status. They include:

• Orders

• Line Items (Individual Geometries of an Order)

• Pieces (Individual units of a line item)

• Material Batch Statuses

• Production Runs Statuses 

There are several statuses corresponding to each of these. 

These statuses also apply to Orders, with the only difference being that they can not be manually changed except for moving an order into cancelled. All other statuses are automatically switched to the next following similar rules the ones above.
