The Benefits

Authentise integrates nebumind’s digital twin visualisations with FLOWS AM, combining part geometry, machine parameters and real-time production data in one workflow. Using data already captured in FLOWS AM simplifies setup, enables part-by-part analysis, reduces processing time and costs, and supports automated quality reporting.
“Defected parts” spotted during printing are removed from the workflow, saving money, time and resources.
The 40% scrap and repair costs are divided about equally between scrap and repair. Therefore, a 20% reduction in scrap also leads to a 20% reduction in time.
IDT helps reduce the high scrap rate in 3D printing that leads to a very negative Co2 footprint of 3D printed components.
Take advantage of industrial engineering & manufacturing software forged in some of the industry’s most flexible & fast-moving environments.
Authentise’s platform for industrial engineering and manufacturing provides a modular set of applications that allows customers to deploy what they require, on their terms, not ours. Commitment can scale or shrink according to need.

Further Development
1
We’re planning to extend the integration to allow for consideration of third party sensors, in addition to machine sensors. These could include in-process or post-process scanning techniques.
2
In addition to ensuring in-process quality, we also expect to develop and deploy algorithms that can use the holistic set of data to verify the quality of each party - permitting reinsurance and other opportunities.
3
