Authentise Modular Systems designs and delivers modular, software-defined manufacturing systems for organizations that need flexible, traceable production capacity.

We combine production equipment, automation, workflow software, inspection, and digital thread capture into integrated microfactory cells. Each cell is designed around one core concept: create agile factories that need no tooling and can process any designs within as broad a set of parameters as posible.

Our systems are built to be machine-agnostic and expandable. Customers can start with one production cell, then add equipment, process nodes, software modules, and additional sites as requirements change.

Authentise Modular Systems grew out of Authentise’s experience building manufacturing workflow software for aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. Our goal is simple: make it faster and less painful to turn a production need into a working, auditable manufacturing capability.
