Authentise, a leader in data-driven workflow software for manufacturing, has announced three new integrations—3D Spark, Digifabster, and Paperless Parts—that strengthen its mission to build an open, connected ecosystem across design, quoting, and production management.

Authentise is collaborating on DECSAM, a £38m UK programme led by Airbus to industrialise L-PBF—cutting cost, boosting productivity and improving sustainability. The 11-partner team spans OEMs, Tier-1s, SMEs, RTOs and academia, and will deliver demonstrator parts, in-process quality assurance, digital thread and factory scale- up on the route to certification. The project runs July 2024–June 2028 under the ATI Programme.

The D.E.E.P. project, funded by Innovate UK’s CMDC6, will assess the feasibility of the world’s first digitally enabled, additively manufactured marine propeller. Combining advanced AM processes with digital twin technology, the project aims to create smarter, safer, and more efficient propellers while establishing a clear pathway to certification and commercial adoption.
