SPARC — a new DoD-backed platform developed by Authentise, Kform, and OpenWerks — is launching to give the U.S. defense industrial base something it has never had before: real-time, machine-verified proof of production capacity. Instead of relying on forecasts, self-reported spreadsheets, or PowerPoint, SPARC connects directly to manufacturing machines, MES systems, and supplier data feeds to reveal who can build what, at what scale, and how fast. It’s already being tested against real DoD demand signals, including drone production surging from 100 to 10,000 units a month.
The platform provides live dashboards showing supplier readiness, surge-absorbing capacity, and machine-level utilization inside a secure zero-trust tunnel to Azure GovCloud. With 100+ suppliers next on the onboarding roadmap, SPARC is positioned to become the new standard for verifying defense manufacturing readiness — bridging the gap between “promised” and proven capability.
